Lost In A Heartbeat

Where is the love in a relationship
Where is the bonding in a friendship
Long has the past haunted me
And never has it let me be

Where was the light in the dark
Where was hope in my heart
I still remember that lonely park
Where we were set to depart

I am now lost for you are not here
You are not here therefore I have no cheer
I never meant to let you go
And now I search for you as the winds blow
